Cooking with Chef Valdir

The Chef Valdir Lubave will teach the secrets of his kitchen, on Sundays between 16.00h and 21.00h.

Participants will prepare a menu consisting of Entry, Fish Dish, Meat Dish and Dessert learning to use the most modern of cooking techniques and preparation of mise-en-place.

The menu will be chosen by Chef Valdir, according to the season.

The prepared meals will be served at dinner, for the participants in the restaurant, accompanied by the best wines from Beira Interior.

The price per person for each session is � 95.00 including dinner.
